Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $40: $4.99 standard shipping
- Orders of $40 or more: FREE standard shipping
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the estimated delivery date, or tracking shows no movement for 15 days, please contact us and we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours so we can update it before your order ships. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
