Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days after that.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99 on orders under $40, and FREE on orders of $40 or more.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because our products ship from our overseas partner warehouse, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. Damaged, defective, wrong, or lost items are always covered.

Products

Is the Snack Bot for dogs or cats?
Both! It's best for cats, puppies, and small-to-medium dogs.

Which treats fit in the Snack Bot?
Small dry treats or kibble, about 1 cm (under ½ inch). Avoid wet food or soft, sticky treats.

Is it a chew toy?
No. The Snack Bot is a treat-dispensing toy and is not recommended for strong or aggressive chewers. Always supervise your pet during play, and stop use if the toy becomes cracked or damaged.
